Shipping Policy
Thank you for shipping with us! We aim to provide you with a smooth and reliable shipping experience. All Orders are shipped promptly from a distributor warehouse or in-store inventory within 3-10 business days using UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Tracking numbers are available for items shipped via UPS and FedEx. All shipments of firearms, knives, ammunition, and NFA items will require a signature upon delivery.
Shipping Rates
We charge a flat rate of $9.95 for all orders, regardless of size or destination within the continental United States.
Return Policy
Should the product purchased be defective upon arrival, please contact us within 5 business days of purchase. We will request pictures and/or videos of the item before an RMA is issued. You are responsible for shipping costs and any damage during return transit; insurance can be purchased via the shipping carrier if you choose. Products returned must be in the same condition including boxes, manuals, and any accessories you received with them. A 25% restocking fee will be applied to a gift card for use within 30 days.
Online Price & Description Errors
Our online inventory is updated daily. Occasionally, an item may appear on the site in error, or its description may contain a typographical mistake. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that titles, descriptions, images, or prices on our site are free from errors. We reserve the right to decline any order, including those items with incorrect descriptions or prices. If we need to cancel an order, we will either not charge your credit card or will issue a full refund.
